How do I upload my photos?

Simply choose your magnet pack size and upload your photos directly on the product page before checkout

What size are the magnets?

Each magnet measures 2" × 2".

What photo quality works best?

For the best results, we recommend using clear, high-resolution photos. Photos taken on newer smartphones usually work perfectly.

Can I upload screenshots or older photos?

Yes! We can often work with screenshots and older memories as long as the image is visible and not extremely blurry.

How many photos can I upload?

You can upload up to the number included in your selected magnet pack. For example, a 9 magnet set allows up to 9 photos.

Can I send duplicate photos?

Absolutely. If you'd like multiple magnets using the same image, simply upload the photo multiple times or leave a note with your order.

Can I order multiple puzzle sets with different photos?

Yes! Please place a separate order for each unique puzzle image. If you'd like multiple puzzle sets using the same photo, simply increase the quantity before checkout.

How long does processing take?

Orders are typically handmade and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $50.

Are the magnets glossy or matte?

Our magnets feature a glossy photo finish that enhances color, detail, and vibrancy. The smooth finish helps your favorite memories look bright, sharp, and beautiful for everyday display.

What happens to my uploaded photos?

Your photos are used solely to create your custom order. We do not sell, share, or use your images for marketing without your permission.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because all orders are custom-made using your personal photos, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
